Our take

The macOS SQL Server package is the companion build for Docker-backed SQL Server access, with the same schema, search, query, and relationship tooling. It is not a stale duplicate because it maps to a separate npm package and platform-specific setup path. The main caveat is the same: give it least-privilege database credentials.
