Our take

Exposes tailnet status, SSH configuration, connectivity checks, and Tailscale Serve or Funnel controls to MCP clients. It is aimed at operators managing Tailscale-connected infrastructure, but the project has little adoption evidence and its network-sharing capabilities should be granted only with tightly scoped credentials and review.
