Our take

This server exposes the Txtcel Solana protocol so agents can post and read permanent on-chain messages. It is for teams already building around Solana-based messaging or audit trails, not for general communication workflows. Quality signal is limited: some usage is visible, but public maturity signals are thin and the undeletable design makes misuse and moderation tradeoffs important.
