Our take

A narrow x402 experiment: the local MCP signs a per-call USDC payment and sends a transactional SMS request to the seller endpoint. The README is unusually explicit about consent, testnet status, Twilio approval, and the private-key custody model. Still, this asks users to put a buyer wallet private key in MCP config, so it belongs in throwaway-wallet territory until the payment flow matures.
