Our take

A stateless MCP wrapper over the XRPL-Utilities portfolio: wallet classification, signal feeds, supply telemetry, XLS directories, RWA tracking, and ETF-flow correlation. It is mostly a paid/read API bridge where callers bring an x402 payment header, so the value depends on those upstream services rather than local computation. Registry metadata is a little stale versus npm, but the package declares the canonical `mcpName` and ships built code.
