Our take

Self-hostable Go+Postgres team wiki where agents are first-class readers and writers, with an Atlas engine that drafts a cited wiki from your repo — a genuinely thoughtful agent-native design, and the content stays plain markdown you own. The MCP package is a stdio proxy to your instance (or the hosted telawiki.com remote, which is properly auth-gated). Caveat: it's a very young one-person project with 7 stars, and you have to run the whole Tela stack before the MCP server is useful.
