Our take

Ledgenter is a hosted work-management layer for agents: projects, task DAGs, decisions, handoffs, knowledge, activity, and code references. The npm package is real and exposes a broad tool surface, but there is no linked source repository in the registry, so the server is only partly auditable from the package tarball. Requires a Ledgenter API key and hosted account.
