Our take

FDA drug-label search over MCP, backed by a serious open-source ASP.NET Core platform that ingests DailyMed SPL data — search by brand, generic ingredient, or UNII code and export the labels. The OAuth 2.1 flow is textbook (RFC 9728 discovery, dynamic client registration, Google/Microsoft sign-in) and the health endpoint confirms the service is running, though note that connecting auto-provisions an account in their database from your email. Cloudflare WAF sits in front, so plain scripted GETs get challenged, but the MCP POST flow works as designed. One-person project on free-tier Azure hosting — solid work, modest infrastructure.
