Our take

Honest thin wrapper for SOAPNoteAPI: transcripts or audio in, structured SOAP notes, ICD-10/CPT suggestions and visit summaries out. The tarball is clean — a small typed client that only talks to api.soapnoteapi.com over TLS and deliberately never logs bodies. The PHI caveat matters: this pipes clinical content to a third-party API, the self-serve test keys are explicitly non-BAA, and real patient data requires executing a BAA with the vendor first — plus your MCP client's own logging is outside the wrapper's control. Brand-new (June 2026) with no community yet.
