Our take

Coherence exposes CRM records, outreach content, and a `chat_with_agent` bridge into the user's Coherence workspace. The direct CRUD tools are practical, while the agent bridge can take action inside Coherence under that platform's approval rules. It is a straightforward hosted-product wrapper requiring a `sk_live_` API token.
