Our take

SuiteCRM MCP is a self-hosted gateway for connecting AI clients to SuiteCRM with OAuth/OIDC, per-entity prefixes, ACL checks, audit logs, and observability. It is heavier than a simple connector and expects real infrastructure: SuiteCRM API access, Auth0 or another OIDC provider, Redis, and gateway deployment. The npm package is small relative to the repo but matches the registry name and has no install-time mutation hooks.
