Community Jira Data Center connector from a broader Atlassian DC MCP monorepo. It exposes the practical Jira surface area users expect -- search, issue reads, and issue creation -- and the setup flow handles shared config files plus OS-specific credential storage. Unofficial, so it is best for self-managed Atlassian teams comfortable supplying their own PAT and validating permissions.
