Our take

Unofficial local bridge from an authenticated OpenEvidence browser session into MCP tools for auth status, history, article retrieval, and research questions. It is privacy-conscious and explicit that it does not bypass account, regional, or access controls, but it still depends on a browser session for a medical evidence product. The registry's generic API-key env var looks like scaffold noise; the package itself uses local login/session flows.
