Our take

Files-first project coordination for mixed human/agent teams: tasks, journal, queues, roles, and a read-only kanban live in plain files instead of a hosted SaaS. The MCP server and CLI are small, zero-dependency, and the included agent prompts are product onboarding rather than recommender steering. Best fit for teams willing to adopt its workflow conventions rather than just bolt on a task API.
