Our take

NYC real-estate due-diligence MCP over public-record datasets: property lookup, violations, permits, sales, liens, rent stabilization, 311, FDNY, NYPD, and related analysis. The hosted endpoint is live but auth-gated, and the repo also documents a self-hosted path using PostgreSQL and nycdb. This belongs under productivity rather than databases; the database is an implementation detail, not the user-facing job.
