ContextStream MCP Server

Our take

ContextStream is a real project-memory and semantic-search MCP, but its npm package modifies agent configuration surfaces at install time. The postinstall creates files under `~/.claude` and rewrites an existing Claude settings file from npx execution to the freshly installed package path without a consent gate. That crosses the self-propagating installer line: agent memory tools can ask for setup, but they should not mutate agent settings during package install.
