Our take

A mature Obsidian Local REST API bridge with read, write, search, tag, frontmatter, patch, delete, and optional command-execution tools over stdio or HTTP. It has strong operational guardrails for an Obsidian server: path allowlists, read-only mode, command tools off by default, and destructive-operation annotations. The main caveat is that it depends on the Obsidian Local REST API plugin and can mutate a vault if configured with write access.
