Our take

Governance and continuity layer for AI coding assistants: it wraps agent commands, records attestations, exposes memory/ledger tools, and can install hooks/config through explicit setup commands. The postinstall does send a best-effort anonymous install ping and prints setup guidance, which is worth knowing, but it does not silently add itself to MCP clients. Young company, small community signals, and very high version churn make this one to evaluate on fit rather than popularity.
