Our take

A Windows-only task runner that lets agents create, update, run, and inspect scheduled LLM tasks backed by Windows Task Scheduler. It is a real NuGet ecosystem component with tests, but it is not a general web-automation server and it relies on Windows Credential Manager plus scheduled interactive-user execution.
