Our take

Niche ASTGL knowledge-base MCP over 49 bundled articles/project docs with citations and rate limiting; npm tarball includes a SQLite knowledge DB and no install scripts. Caveat: despite README wording, query-time semantic search calls local Ollama/nomic-embed-text, so it is not fully zero-dependency out of the box.
