Our take

A Neo client that lets an editor-side agent delegate ML, LLM, and data-science work to Neo while writing results back into the local repo. The implementation is substantial, with Python and npm source trees plus tests, but it depends on a Neo API key and the PyPI project metadata still names an old private or missing repository URL.
