Our take

Freemium hosted service (Railway-deployed, connect by HTTP URL) that searches UK Contracts Finder, EU TED, and US SAM.gov in one call and adds Claude-based 0-100 bid-fit scoring with BID/INVESTIGATE/SKIP verdicts; the ~1,400-line Node server is genuinely in the repo and hits the real government APIs. The catch is the business model: 10 free searches/month gated by IP, daily digest and award history are paid-only, and the code wires in Stripe payment links, upgrade-nag emails, and cross-server IP tracking across the owner's fleet of MCP servers — despite a 'we do not log your queries' claim. Popularity signals are hollow: 0 stars, an owner account created March 2026 with 0 followers, and ~1,270 npm downloads/week that track 30 version publishes rather than users (the README never even suggests npm install). No prompt injection found and the data sources are real, but treat it as a very new solo commercial service, not community infrastructure. For businesses selling to government who want one-query tender monitoring and accept a paid, hosted dependency.
