Our take

Gives agents search, lookup, and cross-vocabulary mapping over the OHDSI/OMOP medical vocabularies — SNOMED CT, ICD-10, RxNorm, LOINC and friends — without the traditional ritual of downloading multi-gigabyte Athena CSVs into a local database. Clean, tested TypeScript from a real vendor with a live product site, and one of the few genuinely useful clinical-terminology servers in the registry. You'll need an OMOPHub API key, and the registry entry lags npm by several releases (1.1.0 vs 1.5.2), so install from npm directly.
