Our take

An extension-focused Jira and Confluence server adding agile boards, sprints, attachments, issue links, versions, calendars, resources, and planning prompts on top of the usual Atlassian surface. It has path restrictions for attachment downloads and a read-only mode, which are useful safety details. It still handles Jira/Confluence tokens, so deployment should be scoped to least-privilege accounts.
