Our take

Local-first memory server with SQLite, sqlite-vec, hybrid search, graph traversal, Obsidian sync, and a large MCP tool surface for storing and recalling durable knowledge. It is substantially implemented and the download count is below the scanner baseline for 26 published versions, but the README is very ambitious relative to a 1-star project. The `init` command deliberately writes Claude Code hooks, MCP config, and optional skill files, so operators should review those changes before enabling it globally.
